We were here back in April 2016. It was $20 per person, per day. The staff was amazing and so helpful. If you were having a hard time finding crystals, they helped you look and gave you what they found!!! They made sure you found all the crystals you wanted. I really liked the quietness of this place, and the amount of room and land they had so you could look. This was money worth spending and the best and cheapest way to harvest your own!
Was there over the weekend. Very over priced. It was just an unsafe iron pit. What milky crystals you did find were just plain junk quartz. They claim such wonderful finds, but honestly it's just a rip off. It was a very sad site and wasted long drive. Save you money and go elsewhere. The staff, well, I guess it was the husband and son running it on Saturday, the son is real odd, too touchy feely to any little kids that were on site. Maybe he was just slow in the head, not to be rude, but someone to keep an eye on.
Great experience, thank you very much. Becky super friendly, really nice lady, helped all her people who came to mine, showed how to and where dig. We found few cool crystals after her advises. Will be back next year to Sweet surrender.
Becky and family were awesome. We found A lot of quartz clusters, a smoky quartz. we will be back again and again. This is one of the best that we have been too. We just looked top and a little below surface. No digging was required. Thank you Becky for showing us what to look for....
I don't agree with the other review about not finding pocket or jewelry size. I found a lot! Found some larger fist size and some garden size. Great time. We were there 3 hours and pretty much found a whole bucket in one area! All you need are garden tools. Lots of BIG ones too!
